NOG'S OUT

NOG'S OUT is a short dark comedy about a group of friends reconnecting over the holidays. As everyone gathers for the gift exchange, and after a few spiked egg nogs, it becomes clear everyone’s brought the gifts of “baggage” and “unprofessed love” to the party.
Robert Ramirez & Robert Castañeda, known as “The Robs”, met in Laredo in 2021 working as a commercial director/producer duo for a local marketing agency. Having a shared love for film, music, and debating (or arguing) about anything, they’ve set out to produce films locally and involve Laredoans in production, while focusing on the stories that connect with their community the most.
Laredo Film Society supported this production by connecting the filmmakers with extras and hosting screenings for the community.
